This art tower model was created as a prop for an art show installation. Our client needed an underground storage vault that people use to store their art and take it out for occasional viewing. His original concepts for this building were made into a physical model.

The art tower model rests in a handmade cabinet, with plate glass walls and extensive, elaborate LED lighting through out. The rock surface that the storage vault resides in was created out of chipped particle board, sealed and painted. The furniture was a combination of hand built materials and 3D printed parts. Our client’s actual art work was miniaturized and placed on the walls of the storage vault.

The centerpiece of this prop was the miniature people installed through out the art tower model. These figures are replicas of real people who were scanned and 3D printed in color.
