This house model was built for Cavco Industries, Inc.

They were in need of a house model for a prop in a television series, “How It’s Made.” This TV program on Discovery Channel (Canada) and Science Channel (USA), starts each episode with a camera panning over a model, prop or other representation of the object to be explored in the episode. In this case, the subject is how a manufactured home is made.

The house model was constructed in less than a week and shipped directly to Canada for the taping of the TV episode. It will be used as as sales model back at the home office, once it has been featured on “How It’s Made”.
