This Large Working Pumpjack Model was engineered to demonstrate the mechanical motion and structural operation of a traditional oilfield pumpjack. Designed for trade shows, training, presentations, and exhibit environments, the model provides a realistic view of how a pumpjack functions while offering a portable, durable, and visually striking display.
KiwiMill designed this pumpjack model entirely in-house, developing the full assembly in CAD using only reference photos as a guide. Our engineering team specializes in turning incomplete information into fully realized, accurate scale models—combining technical knowledge with expert interpretation and problem solving.
The result is a detailed, functional replica that faithfully captures the geometry, proportions, and movement of a real pumpjack.
A precision gearmotor powers the rotating cranks, driving the beam and horsehead in a smooth, continuous up-and-down motion. This working mechanism simulates true pumpjack operation, making the model ideal for hands-on education and captivating visual demonstrations.
Most of the model’s visual elements—including the counterweights and motor cover—were produced on KiwiMill’s large-format in-house 3D printers. This allows for lightweight, precise parts with crisp detail while maintaining structural durability.
With extensive experience creating industrial, mechanical, and oilfield training models, KiwiMill’s team designed and built every aspect of this pumpjack model. The combination of engineered accuracy, functional mechanics, and high-quality fabrication makes this display a powerful tool for demonstrations, customer engagement, and educational environments.
