Oil Dehydrator Model

This oil dehydrator model was built for trade show use.

The company previously had one built by someone else, but it was too delicate for repeated shipping to trade shows. KiwiMill was tasked with making a beefier version.

To create a stronger model, many parts were built out of soldered brass and aluminum extrusions. The body was made of acrylic tube with machined ends. The oil dehydrator model has a partial cutaway to reveal the inner workings. Some of these detailed interior parts were 3D printed.
