This architectural retirement community model was built as a sales tool for developers.

The retirement community model was designed using Google Sketchup, rather than blueprints or drawings.

The walls were laser cut plastic. The floors were printed vinyl to mimic the various textures.

The roof of the retirement community model lifts off to reveal the floor plans.
